Anne Knox,
Director/Partner
Chemistry graduate with more than 20 years post-graduate research experience
in poultry nutrition at Roslin Institute, where she specialised in many varied
studies involving the description and digestion of feedstuffs. Widely skilled
in diet formulation and has unique and extensive knowledge of the use of enzymes
in animal feeding, particularly those involved in the degradation of non-starch
polysaccharides.

Former Head of Division at Roslin Institute with an established record in
devising, supervising and managing applied and strategic research programmes
